We offer three graduate degree options:

Master of Arts in Teaching (MAT)

Prepares students to become qualified mathematics teachers at secondary schools and two-year colleges.

Requirements & Courses

Master of Science (MS)

Features two tracks: a pure track that prepares students for doctoral work in mathematics, and an applied track that equips students with mathematical tools applicable in industry and data analytics. Both tracks prepare students for teaching as instructors in colleges.

Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.)

Designed for students who desire to do original research in pure mathematics or statistics, to teach at the college/university level, and/or to work in computational data science positions in industry.
