About Me

I grew up in San Juan, Puerto Rico, and got my B.S. from the University of Puerto Rico.  I received my Ph.D from Purdue University in 2013.  I then spent some time at Penn State and at the University of Copenhagen during my postdoc, finally coming to TCU in 2015.

Research Interests

My research interests are in operator algebras and their interaction with group theory and algebraic topology.  In particular, I am interested in structure and classification theory of nuclear C*-algebras, quasidiagonality of C*-algebras, index theory, and K-theory.
